This tutorial will teach you how to edit the content of your website pages in WordPress. WordPress is a content management system that includes a Text Editor to create and modify the content of website. It allows you to also upload photos and other file types such as PDF.

Login to your WordPress Website:

The first step to modify the content in WordPress is to login to the Dashboard. To login you should navigate to your website address (http://your-website.com) followed by /wp-admin. This will take to the login page of WordPress as shown in the picture below.

Find the Page to modify in WordPress:

Once you have successfully logged in to the WordPress, you’ll be taken to the Dashboard page where you see a menu in the left side of the screen (similar to the picture below).

Click on the Pages section to see website pages. Then hover your mouse over the page title that you want to edit and click on the ‘Edit’ link that appears under it (as shown in below email).

The edit page will open so you can modify the title and the content of the page as shown in the picture below. After finishing with the modification click on the blue Update button. You can preview the changes by clicking on the Preview button.

Once it’s finished updating then click on the View Page to see the edited page.
